Sunday night

After thinking about blogs and talking with other bloggers for almost two months, I have decided to jump in. I feel my writing is often clearer than my speaking. Writing helps me think and somehow writing in private is wasted creative energy. For me, readers---or the hope of readers is essential. Tomorrow morning I will be back in my office. I work four days a week with engineers and scientists helping them identify potential clients and take the actions that will bring them more work. On the fifth day, I work on my own creation. Instead of "a room of my own", I have a day of my own. Everyone needs space and freedom to create. For me, Fridays provide this space. My "project", a research and learning organization to improve team communication, is in its fourth year of development. It is my life's work, so it will take as long as it takes. We are making slow and steady progress
